9 May 2008 - The ARCTIC RC comes with a highly conductive pre-applied thermal tape to improve heat transfer from the memory module. Its radical long-fin design notably increases the surface area for heat dissipation and optimizes natural convection. The ARCTIC RC is compatible with both DDR2 and DDR3 SDRAM modules, and applicable to both single and double sided modules. One package contains four pieces of Arctic RC. ARCTIC RC will be available mid May 2008. The MSRP is US$14.95 and 9.95€ (excl VAT).

25 April 2008 - BFG announced today the BFG ES-800, an enthusiast level 800 watt power supply which has won numerous awards for its high efficiency and unique Frequency Conversion technology.. This makes the unit at least 80% efficient, even with loads as low as 10% of the unit's maximum capability. The ES-800 has the lowest minimum load requirements and the best +5VSB efficiency on the market. 10 April 2008 - Ultra Products filed a suit against almost all the PSU makers out there like Antec, Channel Well, Corsair, Enhance, E-Power, SPI, FSP, Koolance, Mushkin, OCZ , Sea Sonic, Silverstone, Spire-Bytecom Fanner, Tagan, Thermaltake, Topower and Zalman. Apparently, the case is on modular power supplies. We have contacted some of the PSU makers and seems like they are unfazed by the impending law suit. One PSU maker told us that Ultra Products has been talking about it for some time now and finally put it in action this month. Too bad they couldn't do it on April Fool Day and i would probably just sit back and laugh for a while. The other PSU maker think they don't have a case here.

8 May 2008 - ARCTIC COOLING today unveiled the Freezer 7 LP, an Intel CPU cooler designed for media centre users. The heatsink design of the Freezer 7 LP reduces the size of the cooler leaving it only 42mm slim (to the air intake level) / 53mm (with fan holder) and 263g light, almost half the size of usual CPU coolers. There are two heatpipes, 40 fins and an 80mm PWM fan dissipate heat from the CPU core. It offers a 6-year limited warranty and will be available by mid-May 2008. The MSRP is US$ 27.95 / 17,95 € (excl VAT).

24 April 2008 - We have in the labs today, a pair of interesting CPU coolers coming from ThermalTake and Scythe - the DUORB CPU cooler and the OROCHI Cooler respectively. 3 April 2008 - As of next week the aquagrafx 9800 GX2 will be available. The cooler is made of 2 consecutively circulated coolers made of pure copper (99.9%). The coolers are extreme thin and therefore pretty light, so the total weight is under 800 g. The aquagrafx achieves excellent temperatures and cools both GPUs, mosfets, Ram and the bridge chip. The copper elements are connected via a terminal made of Delrin. The connectors of the aquagrafx are G 1/4". Pricing for the cooler will be 129.90 Euro and for a graphic card 9800 GX2 with mounted cooler and warranty 619.90 Euro.

28 February 2008 - Osiris is constructed for toolless assembly with an innovative airflow concept as the ultimate cooling solution: The PSU is located at the bottom with a direct fresh air intake, so the heat of the PSU is isolated from the case completely. On the top and on the back there are 120mm fans with 3pin plugs for connecting with the motherboard. The edges of the buttons, plugs and the front side are diamond laser cut. The case will be available in brushed black and brushed silver finish. Osiris is entirely made of 6063-T5 military spec alloy, which offers outstanding heat dissipation.

19 February 2008 - ARCTIC COOLING today announced the launch of the Accelero Xtreme series, which is specially designed for ATI HD 2900XT/Pro and nVIDIA GeForce 8800 Ultra/GTX/GT graphic cards as stock cooler replacement. The Accelero Xtreme series features with 5 heatpipes, 107 fins and 3 PWM fans. Accelero Xtreme will be available by mid February 2008. The MSRP of the Accelero Xtreme 2900 is US$49.90 and €34.90 (excl VAT). The MSRP of the Accelero Xtreme 8800 is US$47.90 and €32.90 (excl VAT).
