Think that the G9's 3,200DPI is fast? Think again. Razer has just upped the ante with the latest addition to their family of gaming mice - the Lachesis. Sporting a 4,000DPI Laser sensor, Razer has taken the crown back from Logitech once more.

CopperHead still is my top 2nd mouse on my table...
1st is SteelSeries Mouse
perhaps on a 30"... can't seem to use 2k dpi on a 20/24".
DF
4000dpi would be perfect for cs but the mouse too big for my hand sadded don intend to buy the lachesis jus sticking on to my copperhead
i dont understand how ppl can play cs at 4000 dpi.
they must be having some kind of super vision to see anything at that speed...
2000 dpi to my 19" also too much liao
4000 dpi... i think thats used to play cs liao..
i had two razer mouse
they are smooth and looks to kill
but i have a modeRate size hand, and it hurts after long period in game
4000dpi is too fast , i just upgrade to g9 which gave me no pain, and i do not use 3200 dpi, because it goes out of control even on my 30 inch monitor
unless you use a monitor bigger than mine, 3200 dpi too high, 4000 dpi is way too high. why pay more to get features you do not need.
yes some buy for looks.
oh. copperhead also cause my motherboard to hang up during post, something, i could not figure why to this day. i even set stop on no error.

Heh high dpi is good also for spreadsheet work. Just one slight flick and you're at the cell u want to be at. No need move hand here and there and kenna CTS.

coz playing cs i used to set at 2000dpi and giving it (-1.5) senetivity which will give u the damn smooth controlling effect and precision when using awp..4000dpi would be perfect for cs but the mouse too big for my hand sadded don intend to buy the lachesis jus sticking on to my copperhead

Lol.. I don't see how anyone can play CS with a 4000DPI mouse on a typical 19" screen. The most I can manage is about 2000DPI at 1024 x 768. At least, that's during the beta 5 - beta 7 days when I still played CS.Comment by: shmuckerz on 19-Jan-2008 11:48 pm

Don't know about you guys but I can use a 2000DPI mouse with maxed out sensitivity on a 17" LCD with ease. Not a fan of Razer mice except for their Boomslang and even then, it's only for collection purposes.Comment by: XTimX on 18-Jan-2008 9:55 pm
I'd go with G5 or Sidewinder.Comment by: shmuckerz on 18-Jan-2008 6:37 pm
after trying many of the razrs.. i still think the logitech G5 is betterComment by: XTimX on 18-Jan-2008 6:24 pm
agreed , 2000 DPI would be the maximum...2400 and above is just...not practical....Comment by: ma2ha3 on 18-Jan-2008 6:11 pm
